Trade Show Display With A Flat Panel Monitor?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I'm a new marketing coordinator for my company, and my boss wants me to find a new trade show display unit. Currently, we have a simple 6-foot table-top one.

He thinks it'd be really cool to have a LCD or some other type of flat-panel display mounted in the booth or unit. Something that we could plug a laptop into.

Anyone seen anything like this before? Manufacturer names, websites, etc. would help. Thanks! :)

Lots of companies out there that can do this. I did a quick Google on "trade show displays" and found many listings.

I am wondering about your going to this from a tabletop display and if it is something you really want to do? A tabletop says to me that you haven't put a lot of resources into the trade show display (and nothing wrong with that), where the LCD display alone will likely cost more than the entire booth you had before. If you will be displaying a lot, of course it could be a good use of your resources. But perhaps you may want to consider just using a standard flat screen computer monitor on a podium instead of a custom made LCD for the booth wall. So long as the monitor looks decent (clean, not held together with duct tape, etc.), it won't detract from the content of what you are displaying (which is the msot important part of using a computer display).

I know of a company who uses this method for presentations, trade shows, and even mall kiosks.

They are an A.I. software company. You can reach them via their website: www.yapanda.com.

Be sure to tell them I sent you...it may speed up their reply.

    Good Luck!
