How To Get Response From Marketing Profs Managemen

Last Saturday I purchased a yearly premium membership, but to date I only have access to basic membership. I have sent 3 emails using the contact us form and emailed Val directly once. This here is my 5th effort to contact. I can not find a telephone number anywhere on this site. Failing this attempt I am going to try and cancel the transaction with with my credit card company.

I am very frustrated. How can I find an aswer to my situation?

    Not looking for points....but response time on any issues I've had have always been quick.
