Service Life Cycle?? With Examples

What is a Service Life Cycle and what are the difference between SLC and PLC? Please explain it with an example.

    SLC is service related and PLC is product related

    LC is the time since when the consumer enters the system to avail this - till the time of the consumer exiting it

    If looked at a market level then - It is related to the stage in which the product / service with relation to the other brands

    If you are talking about marketing automation related products...
    SLC = Small Logic Controller
    PLC = Programmable Logic Controller
    I believe SLC is a registered trademark of Rockwell Autoomation.

    Can't help but giggle at how much acronyms like PLC and SLC and other marketing jargon are cluttering our lives...
    At the end very few people are actually talking about the same thing, but no one admits they don't know what the heck the conversation is about.
