Marketing Strategy For Educational Services

I have to prepare a marketing strategy for a company that is into Educational Services such as arranging admission for students abroad, and also for holiday abroad, the company is based in Nigeria and they want to boost thier sales through aggressive marketing

    Thanks very much folks for your responses so far; i would like to shed more light on this issue as follows. The company deals mainly in the placement of young Nigeria school leavers in universities abroad, in countries like Australia, Canada, etc.. Also, the company organises for short term courses for company executives outside Nigeria and the holiday aspect of the stuff is just an aside. My dillema is that i do not know how to come up with a marketing strategy that would be aggressive enough to give the company an edge over its competitors who are just there targetting the same client base.

    Hey, You should start by :
    1) Setting up collaborations with big schools and giving them a free seminar on studies abroad and opportunities and benefits of studying abroad, Of which the first seminar should be done in the school premises only and then you can have one more seminar in which if children register they'll get some freebie like a bag or a pen or something like that.
    2) Make sure you get students registered after the seminar only, Thus by doing this you have got the name , phone numbers of your prospective customers. Now is when your actual work starts. Send mailers to them and call them for one more seminar attracting them again with some freebie or the other, But this time make sure you get their parents involved in this as well, Because studying abroad is a big decesiona dn parents are involved in this.
    3)When you have the parents and the children with you in a five star's conference room, Promise them a good life ahead of them with galore of opportunities of studying and working abroad, Do make sure that you put up the best show because this will be your first and last sales pitch.
    4)If you can get some Banks as well to the seminar who are ready to furnish education loans.
