Team Name

I have just been promoted to team leader within my company and I need to come up with a team name but I am drawing a blank!

The name that I choose will stay with me for a very long time as it will become the name of the marketing office that I open when I achieve my goal of promotion to manager within my company.

I want my team name to be creative, inspiring, motivational and original. It has to be something that instills confidence and pride in my team members.

    Well you can name the team as

    a) Scorpio
    b) Galwins
    c) Kotler's Concept

    That it is a long term name makes it more difficult. It probably needs to be a relatively professional name. I have had more luck with the goofy names, however (The Venezuelan attack Squirrels, The Legion of Doom). The goofy names make people smile and can do great things with group members attitudes while letting them know that there are no boundaries to creativity. The more serious names are often dull, hokey, and sterile which take away from participation and creativity. Since this will be a long term name, I'd suggest going as far to the goofy side as you feel is professionally fit and staying in the boundaries of the corporate culture.
