Need A Swot For Www.cityenjoy.com

hi
i am currently working on a project in india....its a website on the lines of the million dollar homepage....but there are certain improvements in this website...
please visit the site and help me do a swot

    hi there are a few problems ...i will try to address few of them not all though...

    firstly you may want to do a SWOT so you may want to decide that against what other site are you going to understand your opportunity and threats...anyway that is one part to it

    now lets look at the site in isolation -

    the mouse roll over replicates the same info as what one see - this needs to be corrected..

    also all windows are POP UP based - so that 'can' be a detriment

    the design is too horizontal - is it done with 800x600in mind?

    some pages are horizontal like 'enjoy people' so what takes place is that all pages are not having the same layout design

    lets see am not too clear on what is the benefit from this website to its visitors...so maybe you need to bring that out...

    additionally have you done SEO based keywords - taken care of metatags and search engines?

    the sit as of now is still under construction so most of the things that u pointed out can be taken care of...
    as for the competitor ....its basically an improvisation over the basic model of million dollar webpage where in all the pixels are filled randomely...what we have tried to do is firstly give every city its own web page so that ppl dont waste time...also we have segregated the logos according to themes....
    benefits are basicallly that it works like a local search engine for ur city.......u can get to know local restruants and the works...
    yes we are currently in talks for SEO and PPC...aldready have an ad with facebook.....alll i am worried bout is how to maximise traffic to the website...
    ur help is really valuable...thanx a ton

    From an advertiser's perspective, why should they buy pixels from you? The million pixels/dollar page was novel, with some great press associated with it, which boosted traffic. It's traffic info is at: https://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/milliondollarhomepage.co...

    However, the question is, how many people click through, and are the advertisers benefiting?

    Your SWOT should at least include Craigslist (free to advertise, better organized for finding services/products), Chambers of Commerce sites, and community portals.
