Franchisee Of Education And Training Institute

I have started a company that is registered as a ISO 9001:200, public limited and also registered under trustact, society act and newpaper act. As a company we are providing franchisee of software and hardware centers and till dta ehaving over 200 franchisee nation wide. I wish to expand this company upto 900 franchisee till 2010.

what strategy should I follow to keep efficiency, effectiveness and also maintain customer centric, kindly advise.
