Premium Bottled Water Distribution

I am starting a company to distribute premium bottled water. Can you please provide me with ways to enter hypermarkets, supermarkets, groceries, etc? The market is dominated by local companies, and opening new grocery accounts seems to be very hard.

    If you're a premium product, don't sell to supermarkets first - you'll just be another bottle on the shelf. Instead sell to restaurants, bars and food service distribution - make the bottle very distinctive as a table feature (eg Ty Nant). Food service is always looking for products that aren't available in supermarkets to sell to caterers. Once you have a niche and reputation you can migrate into supermarkets able to defend your products price premium.
