I'm new retailer for Dish network i need to come up with a telemarketing script for consumer and business any help will be great

    Just be careful of the DNC list.

    B2C: "This is [first name] from XXX TV. Can I speak with Mr/Ms XXX (make sure you can pronounce the name properly. If you can't, then skip that call) Have I reached you at a convenient time?" (ALWAYS ASK THIS)

    "Mr/Ms XXX you probably seen all the tv ads and mailers for Dish Network.(wait for response) When it comes to TV viewing, are you more concerned with price or with the number of channels you can get?"
