    Mukesh,
I understand what you are trying to achieve. I am fairly familiar with CAT,MAT and other tests for admission in management colleges in India. While CAT has no competetion, I think apart from CAT not enough weight is given to other tests. Either you are a CAT passe or a CAT rejected.

Just look at medical entrance tests: there is test for AIIMS, test for state-wise medical colleges, test for privately owned colleges such as Manipal etc. So there is a segmentation of some sort.
I think, you can do well by branding and positioning your NAT differently from other similar tests that are there. May be you only give access to colleges specialising in one type of course, or students with a specific background etc. etc.
Do something to stand out. At the moment its open to any institute with UGC accreditions.
I'd love to indulge in further discussion if you want gimme a shout anytime.
