Marketing Strategy For Card Printing Solutinos

I have taken up a new job in the capacity of General Manager - Marketing & Sales. We are the master distributors for world reknown manufacturers of PVC Card Printers which are normally used for Employee ID Cards, Loyalty Cards, Bank Cards, Voters identity cards, etc.
The geography in which I need to market and sell is highly potential but price sensitive. I always used innovative marketing and selling strategies in my 17+ yrs long career. I invite few innovative and creative suggestions/ideas for marketing and selling programs.

Please advice.

    Start with the first impression. Create a business card that's printed on your normal ID card "stock".

    If possible, find ways to move beyond PVC to appeal to the "green movement" - user recycled plastic, for example.

    Don't compete on price. Do compete on "extras". For example: provide a way for people who've found lost badges to drop them into the mailbox and have the card reunited with the owner.

    Highlight the quality/durability in a video presentation with testimonials of users and their experience with it. Short and sweet but emotionally involving so they know that their peers are using your product.
    Try a "how it works" or "how it's made" video; they've seen the show on T.V. so create it with the same feel. A production company would be a must.
