I am as real as they come .This solution project was created by me, the person who is part of the industry it will serve which i believe is extremely important.

I am not someone creating a solution for a market i do not know . There has not been one person exposed to this service that did not go crazy when i took it off the market.

You have a good point but my business model is aimed at liquidators,manufacturers as well as smaller sellers that could even split up 100pcs between 10 buyers simply to move more stock faster.This whole solution came out of simple demand & I am one of those sellers that needs such a solution.
The biggest complain in my niche that existed since the beginning of time is that smaller buyers can't get a good deal on the product they want because the seller needs to move the whole load or because they can't afford or do not need the whole load.
These sellers would love to split up this load & ship to each individual as long as they move the whole amount in a set period of time. Keep in mind that because our solution will fit perfectly between these large sellers with amazing price points & small buyers who will be able to get these deals at great prices , we create a whole new layer of business people who can now go out and compete with the big boys because our solution cuts many strings that hold them from such opportunities. My model is layered to fit every pocket & aimed at a very specific niche of large distributors,manufacturers with high quantity terms & small pocket buyers that simply can't get to those people unless they group together.
I wish I could go in to detail as far as the funding ,invoicing process because I have a perfect answer for you but I can't disclose my unique business model for obvious reasons.

What I will say is that this solution will set up a medium where partners do not have to meet each other,sign any contracts amongst each other due to the fact that the seller has allot of invested interest in making sure that each transaction is smooth which in the end gives the buyers that special security & trust . Also, Each seller will go thru a vigorous prescreening process to be able to sell

Where can a buyer get such a situation set up without having to trust the partner they never met.
Don't forget that Group buying clubs will start to develop with buyers interested in the same type of product & be ready to split it up as soon as it becomes available. A wanted section will defiantly be a big factor that will indicate demand & everytime a new wanted is posted it will be emailed to all the sellers so they may immediately set up that specific group buy situation. We also already have affiliations set up with other Huge portals that hold many large sellers & when our wanted post is listed it will also go out to other sellers that are not even yet registered on our site.We have affiliations with Industry related Print advertising that will swap ads with us because our buyers will need a platform to resell those great deals they get & our affiliates provide such platforms plus have allot of interest in gaining more registered resellers because of our solution.
As you can see I am leaving allot unanswered , otherwise it will all come together & my model will be exposed.
Another important factor is that large wholesale networks are willing to share resources for a discount on membership or fees given to their member base. There is so much more but I do not want to give more then few examples ,I think if I keep writing I will eventually give away my unique business model.
There are other sites that are already in beta aimed at serving the retail market where the buyer initiates the group buy , look at eswarm.This model has no potential even with today's social networking power for reasons I am sure you will understand right away.

BY the way money could be put in to escrow & given to the seller as soon as the group buy is filled.There will be many situations set up by the sellers to give buyers security.
