Need Help Convincing People To Buy Unfilled Crepes

Hi there!In a few weeks i will open a creperie,'Crepolino'(located at the entry of a supermarket).I will have an automatic crepe making machine,that will make about 300 crepes/hour.I want you to help me on a strategy on selling unfilled crepes,both to direct consumers or to other companies(need ideas here).
Also i have no ideea for a good logo and a good slogan.
Any good idea for promoting the bussines is welcome.It is important that the bussines is situated in a small wood construction,with the look of a smiley face.The crepes that it will be filled and sold will be packed in the classic way(rolled).

    It seems like the most logical thing to do would be to add some value to those crepes with a choice of filling?

    But if you insist, how about?:

    "Naked Crepes"

    I would be happy to design a logo for you for some crepes :)

    Although I am all the way over in Arizona.
