Need A Reliable List Vendor

I am looking for a few reliable list vendors to provide me with a list of both California-based and national CFPs, CPAs and Attorneys. The goal is to target these folks as referral sources for our end user – commercial real estate loan borrowers, developers, etc.
I’ve tried list acquisition through trade associations such as the AICPA – but want to purchase records from a reliable source that will be able to provide email addresses as well. Any suggestions?

    Also, salesgenie is a great tool. I get great lists out of there that hit 3-4% return monthly.

    Sales Genie does searches by SIC codes. It also enables the user to do searches for new or existing business.

    You should be able to find plenty with them. If you call and talk to one of their reps you should be able to get 100 free leads to test them out. After that it is based on a subscription.

    I would also try and get into networking groups. Some are hit or miss but if you can find a good one then it can be great. BNI is a networking group that is nationwide.

    What do your end users do with this information? Chances are if someone is looking to start a commecial business and build their own building they would find the developer first before an attorney. I would also think that most loans they would receive would be through banks.

    Sales Genie is a product offered by InfoUsa which is basically and enhanced version of your yellow pages. They also use trade publications and public records.

    I am a list broker with 17 years of experience in B2B and consumer list acquisitions. I would like an opportunity to put together a complimentary list recommendation for you.

    I will need to know your geographic targets to test.
    The size of the firms you want to reach and the person within the company you want to target. For larger firms, I would recommend more than one contact.

    If you chose to go else where, please note that any company willing to give you email addresses to send out your self is most likely spam. The norm in our industry is for the list owner to do the email blast to comply with the Can-Spam law. They have 10 days to remove the opt-outs from there list. If they send you the email names, how are they going to opt-out the people who want to be removed?

    As a fellow networking and referral based marketer, I practice what you are doing on a daily bases. It is a cost effective way to grow your business.

    I use a service that goes a step further. It's a little more costly, but saves me time on the research side of things so it is worth it. See www.reachforce.com

    They will contact and validate that a contact information is up to date, correct and their position is still relevant to your offering. They'll also do short survey questions for you to qualify for additional fees.
