In Need Of Some Ad Idea Strategies

My dilemma is simple, I need some big ideas for advertising the courses provided by a financial training consultancy.

The target audience is on two levels, the student and also companies that have junior members of staff that will need to be trained.

The training company consider themselves to be the partner for the accountancy and management industry there from the beginning of the course to fulfilling career objectives.

Because the ads will need to work on two levels it may be necessary to split the designs into two very different ads so that the message is not clouded. The uptake of the courses will be by pupils from very diverse backgrounds so it would be great to avoid pupil focussed ads.

Key messages

1. We'll work with you and support your finance and accountancy staff to build successful futures.
2. Let us help you to build a successful future in accountancy

Any help with some big ideas would be very gratefully received

    For prospective students: you actually have two sub-markets: people who want to become accountants and those that are looking for good jobs and have the skills (but didn't think about accounting).

    So, first you need to sell why accounting is a great career to be in (lots of demand? high pay? quick to become certified? fun?).

    Next, why is your company the best choice to train them? Do you have years of experience training? Do you have an accelerated program? Special certification? Guarantees? Why are you better than any other programs that are available?

    In your ads, get some testimonials of graduates who tell how your program was fun, found them a great job, how they're tops in their department (because of your excellent training) and they now living the good life.
