Who Is The Mfg Of This Table Tent? Help Please!

I am helping a co-worker locate the mfg or where she can order this table tent from. All we have is this picture to go off of. Or, is there an A Frame Table Tent that you know of that looks like this one (no ribbon corner panels or metal corner finishings)?
