Privacy Policy For An Email Site

I am looking for a simply and direct privacy policy that assures those who submit personal info that they are "safe" with us. I really need it to be short, friendly and to the point. Any suggestions???

I'd suggest "borrowing" some of the policies the bigger websites use. They have all been written to both explain to users and also satisfy their legal departments (worldwide):

Go to the DMA's Web site and use their free privacy policy generator. Then you will have a policy that is tailored to your business.
