Market Demand For Ready To Cook Legumes
We are looking for information on the market demand for Ready to Cook whole Legumes/Pulses in India. The whole legumes will have indian spices added. You have to add it to the recommended quantity of boiling water and then simmer for about 5 to 10 mins, and the product is ready. Examples of products are Channa Masala and Rajma Masala, Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, etc, which taste like home cooked food. The products will be manufactured under hygenic conditions in sofisticated plant and will have a shelf life of 12 months. Any information or suggestion is welcome.
