How Do I Conduct A Focused, And Measurable Telesales Campaign To Maintain My Customer Base?

How can I conduct a very focused and measurable telesales campaign, looking to target key decision makers, within prospective organisations. This campaign will be carried out with a view to maintaining the existing blue chip customer base, and also looking to create new opportunities within untapped sectors.

    You might also ask the same question of some telemarketing agencies who specialize in these types of larger campaigns.

    There are some who say that telemarketing is a very difficult way to reach decision makers at blue chip organizations. If I were interviewing potential vendors, I would ask very specific questions about their specific experience and success reaching this target market.
