Lead Nurturing Product - Need Channels

Posted by Anonymous on 500 Points
I've begun a lead nurturing / drip marketing software / services company (SBA loan & all my savings). I install the lead nurturing software then create a USP, the marketing content, tracks, and touches for the various marketing / lead nurturing tracks a business needs. Takes about 10 days from start to finish. Very successful system. www.DripMarketingSystems.com

My question is this: I want to market through trusted business advisors (ad agencies, marketing consultants, business advisors, and the like). Basically, people who advise and assist businesses.

Are there better ways to get to these kinds of folks? I need to get up and selling quickly.

Shortcuts, please?

    Tyler,

I am an accredited associate in an organization with 2500 business advisors world-wide. I have access to same. Contact me off-forum to discuss.

Many of those viewing your information fall into this category. I am a business coach to a number of sales agencies, systems integrators and wholesalers.

I would like to learn more about your program.

Wayde and Frank rightly point out that you've asked a question on a forum frequented by your target market. Oh, and I'm also interested!

One way to stimulate a whole lot of attention to your product would be to write a whitepaper and an explanatory article and submit it to MarketingProfs as editorial content.

Have a look at the home page to get an idea of articles that get published. The main MarketingProfs website has a huge following - this KHE Q & A forum caters to a subset of the total audience.

Follow the instructions on How to Submit an Article and you should be seeing the results before too long.

Try to generate a list (jigsaw.com, thelistinc.com) and start sending white papers about lead nurturing. It is a good topic in the service business.

When you make contact be sure to be able to explain why your system is better then the many others on the market. Some people feel that software is all you need for a lead nurturing program, but they are wrong.

Be prepared for a long sales cycle and apply the techniques of customer education.

Are you a VAR with ACT? They include several service providers as yours with the software packaging-- advertise many more via their website.

As a consultant many of the wording you use is identical to what I say. It's not the people its the process! And it is. Too many sales are lost because they are forgotten about-- evaporate from the funnel. I also like how you guide the saesperson to get a "next action" on each call. There are many programs who do this, but I don't know one who integrates with ACT. A big objection salespeople have to programs like this is re-entering the information.

I'd market this as Constant Contact in some areas. They set up free non commercial seminars in some areas-- they have a rep in the CO area who does this. You could do this by setting up affiliates in areas. This would also be good fodder for public speaking in chambers, etc.

Co-market with the US Chamber of Commerce (https://www.uschamber.com) (and all their local Chambers), providing a commission for each lead they generate for you. It's an easy thing for the Chambers to do, once they believe you have a service that's unique and effective.

You will need to cross-promote (broker a list) and have affiliates market the product to other marketers for you.

You could also take this to the IMC and the Marketing Association for their members. Offer to deliver a presentation at an upcoming breakfast meeting - they are always looking for new content.
