I have been known to do that type of work, yes. As for *how* I charge for the work, I typically accept cash, check, or PayPal.

I believe you were asking for rates, though, and that is something completed on a case-by-case basis. I am always upfront and honest with my client as to the anticipated costs. I will give them an estimate based on the perceived notion of level of work, refinement, buy-off, etc. If it looks like it will be a long-term project, I will provide a project overall rate, but also include a general breakdown to illustrate the advantage of the project bulk price versus the hourly rate. Smaller projects almost always receive only an hourly rate.
