Know-How Exchange : Strategy

My company has a new communications product that will help SMEs expand their business to new overseas markets, without breaking the corporate bank.

I want to write a medium-length white paper to engage and influence decision-makers in growing SMEs. It will include plenty of real-life problems related to oversea business expansion, and introduce newer or more innovative resources that could help businesses facilitate international expansion.

This will be a serious paper and I expect to do lots of research, including interviews if possible. Any suggestions or hints about informative subtopics, online sources, new problems and opportunities facing these companies, helpful experts, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
