Agency Contract Examples

My partner and I are launching a direct mail marketing firm and need to draft a concise contract or an agreement for our clients to sign that includes terms of payment, artwork ownership, a liability clause, etc. Do we need to hire an attorney for this or are there online resources or templates we can use?

    You can pay a lawyer several thousand to do one for you (so he / she can buy a new watch) or just copy one that exists already and change the company name to yours.

    That's my problem...I can't find any templates or examples to use as a guide.
