Searching For Inbound Call Center

Looking for recommendations regarding an inbound call center.

Overview: Receive calls from lead line, pre-qualify, collect data and distribute to sales rep.

Requirements: Bilingual, hours - 9:00AM EST to 5:00PM PST.

    I know the Calerus Company in Iowa has continued to show great results as an inbound center. They are based in Des Moines and have a number of out-state locations. Their contact info is: solutions@calerus.com.

    I have met one of the principals and was impressed with their integrity and business plan.
