Need A Theme For Annual Sales Conference

After successfull year closing, our pharmaceutical company have planned a 4 day mega event in Pattaya,Bangkok, Thailand with all employees, around 200 participants including management

I am looking for a nice theme for the whole conference that can bring motivation and makes this event more succesfull and memorable, the required theme will beused for all print media activities and banners, back drops

the inputs i wud like to hear from all of u are:
1.Theem slogans and catchy lines ( should be based on keep up the same performance/ consistency/ seeking new hights, making a difference, things like that)
2.Theme for the conference
T3.heme song ( Any inspirational and motivational english video song)
4.Attire ideas for all employees
5.Any other ideas that can be included as a worthy activity


We have already planned lot of activites, like
Skids/tablos
Games
Visit to corral island
local stage shows
etc
I wud really b appreciable to hear from all of u to have more valuable ideas for this mega event

there will also a proize distributio ceremoney for the best performers

    What is ultimately the goal of the conference? Is it to increase morale, improve communication, increase sales, or tell about new products/programs (or something else)? The goal will create a core for an effective conference planning strategy.

    the goal is to motivate the field force so that they can deliver the same performance in the future....this event is actually a reward to them which we have committted before the start of the year

    Ok i'm not thinking about any purpose just responding to your call here.

    How about mountain climbing theme
    U could have people dressed up in hiking, mountain climbing gear.
    theme song:. "reach" by S Club 7(i think) , "we are the champions" , "Chariot of fire"
    Conference name: View at the top
    then you could hit on the fact that you guys are really good(at the top if you are) and that you can inspire them to keep at that level later in your speeches.
    Of course mountain climbing needs to have some climbing. So maybe u could have a fake mountain or something, let others try wall-climbing(for the stronger participants)
    freefall - with safety precautions of course
    rappelling
