I need advice on tips on how to negotiate the best deal for my company regarding billboard lease

    Barry,

    If you're trying to get out of it...good luck...unless you can find someone to take it from you. Then they may let you out.

    If you just want better pricing, you'll have to go back and ask for it with an extended term.

    Just stand firm. Either a lower rate or none. Tell them you are looking at other options for advertising, would like to keep the billboard, but need a lower rate. Don't play with words-- just come out and say what you want. go lower than you expect to start-- then you have room to go somewhere in between.
