Renegotiate Billboard Lease

I know my co is not receiving the proper rent and I want to know the best way to renegotiate a new lease agreement with a large national media co

    Shop around and compare and find some better deals that are similar in reach to the billboard agreement you are currently in. Say that you have a better offer on hand. If they ask you the price of the other offer -- say "Why don't you give me a better deal and I will say whether or not you still have our business". I used this trick recenty with a media buy and worked great. They ended up coming around with a extra low bid.
