Quarterly Sales Review Meetings

We are high end Engineering Design product and service providers. We have habitual of conducting sales reviews every quarter which has become sterotypic.

Can someone suggest or offers for sample but very effective powerpoint presentation for Quarterly Sales Reviews?

Alternatively you can suggest me good contents or guidelines on making realistic but focused powerpoint presentations.

    If you must use Powerpoint, only create 1-3 slides. The rest of the meeting is talk about the slides, the past, the present, and (most importantly) the future. Data and slides can make everyone complacent. Instead, before you start ask your staff what their perceptions are of the past, present, and future (and why). Then show the slides. Then try to understand what actions are likely to achieve the goals that are desired.
