Marketing Department Commision Scehme ?

I am looking for Some Commision Scheme for Marketing Department which can motivate them for work hard ( except branding & promoting scheme). what shceme should include their commision, or simply how to add there commision ?

    Some questions..
    What are precisely the objectives for your marketing people? What do you expect of them?Are they supposed to work as a team or individual professionals?
    To what extent is their work related with your sales persons?

    In my experience it is unusual for a company to have a commission scheme for a marketing department.

    Often companies will reward a marketer with a bonus based on their responsibilities and achieving objectives such as:

    Achieving sales and profit targets
    Achieving market share targets
    Completion of projects within the deadline

    Is your ultimate goal to have the Marketing Dept work harder or to reward them when the company does well?

    To reward them, provide commissions to the department as a whole from the total commissions. The actual performance of individuals within the department (measured however you like) would allocate a proportion of the department's total. Top performers might get 5-10%, while bottom performers might get 0%.

    To work harder, you're guessing the motivator is money. Instead, ask them what perk they would enjoy most: new office location, new office equipment, flexible hours, additional vacation, travel upgrades, etc.
