My questions is regarding launching new products. I will laucnh my first new product on October and I wanted to know if you could help me with some ideas about the launch for the sales team and some launch related activities for our clients & consumers.
My new product is a powder instant iced green tea (with two flavors:Lemon/Honey and Apple). My company will have an event to present the new products (There is no other product in the venezuelan market that has the green tea attribute), and I was wondering if you could help me with some creative ideas to cause impact on the sales team and motivate them to create a strong bond with my product.
Also, as I have a very limited budget. Which actions would you suggest to make the consumer try my product? which activities can help me increase my trial rates? what do you think can cause more impact on the ponits of sales? keep in mind that my budget is restricted!
