A new, well known and reputable newspaper and soon TV Channel news network company in Egypt needs to start setting the marketing strategy, positioning and plan. I need to know what are the needed steps and ideas. Can you give me some case studies on similar cases .

before you can come up with a marketing strategy, i think you have to determine who you are actually going to be marketing to...this can then help you have a firm grasp on how to go about developing a marketing strategy that unique to you and you alone.
