Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points

My entire piece is 7" long but again it has the 3x3 laminted square card that cannot be bent ....

Without a photo, it's hard to picture. How long is the tube? How big is the product that is attached at each end? You say it is 7" long - how tall and wide is it?

It's hard to say without seeing it, but if you're in the US, the USPS has a special dimensional mail program and info which may help you.

Here's the link. The sample shows a mailer of an elephant standing on its hind legs next to a palm tree; if they can package and mail that, they can mail your tube concoction.

The USPS also has a Priority Mail Video box you can get free, that should work. They also have others odd sizes if it does not.
