Marketing Website Services To Health Care

My company has been providing website services in a general capacity for the last three years. We've recently discovered some opportunities to develop a niche in the areas of cosmetic surgery and medical weight loss.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations that would help in positioning ourselves as a perceived "expert" solutions provider?

    Client Testimonials and Referrals are always a great way to go. Do you have a portfolio of sites in these areas?

    Portfolios can be done in a few ways. Most are just images and a little bit of text with the site. You could take this further and put client testimonials there. What did they like most about your services, process or outcome. You may need to go back to clients and ask them for this information. Be sure to get permission to publish this before doing so.

    You may want to come up with a list of services or tools that are specialized to this market. Demonstrate to them that you understand what they need and that you can provide it. Again, examples of past projects rein supreme here. Do some more research about these markets so that you can fully talk their lingo and understand their concerns and needs. This will help greatly.

    I think there is something to be said for web designers that work with limited markets. It allows the designer to become an expert in the needs of that market.
