Attracting Foreign Real Estate Investors.

There is a domestic construction/real estate company that has been toying with the idea of attracting foreign investors to buy property here in the States.

They have areas in the mid-west and east coast

We're looking for as much information on the subject matter as possible.

1. Marketing strategy
2. Legal issues involved
3. Companies/organizations to partner with
4. Advertising

If there are any articles on this site that may be of help please let me know. As well as any other resources that could help.

    There are several web portals that offer listings of properties internationally. I have been working in the real estate industry, specialising in large development sites and also investment properties for a few years, in Australia. I recently received a large development site in US that stacked up well but nobody wanted to look at anything in the US.

    I think you will need to put together a document on the project outlining the benefits to the buy of investing in the site/s and also a full information kit.

    Recently I started having listing after listing fall into my lap and the advise, sites and samples offered in here to jcasalou seems as if it would be helpful. I am not a Realtor and do not plan on becoming one. I am a marketer, but I do have clients asking me to market their properties daily. Any advise would be wonderful.

    Are they asking you to market residential properties for the owner-occupier, direct property investments or development sites, Joshua?
