Real Estate Marketing - Help Needed!

Hi, I have to prepare some lessons regarding the marketing tools used in the real estate world, do you have any article/website/ppt presentation/book to suggest? I really need your help!

    90% of Real Estate marketing is Guerrilla. (Flyers, giveaways, door hangers, calendars, sports schedules, t-shirts, bandit signs and so forth) Not knowing what type of market you're in makes it difficult to give any better advise. Other ideas...run an advertorial (Paid article on the company) in the regional segment of a well known publication and market it with the words (As seen in...) in the top line. This makes for a great credibility piece. Good luck with your ventures.

    I'm not sure if I still have all the files that I received somewhere but if you think that they are relevant to what you need let me know and I'll dig through my file archive boxes for you.

    Are you marketing a real estate agency to get listings or marketing property listings?

    I found some hard copy standard letters (about 50) from Best Practice, some of their audio CDs and also a listing presentation from Century21. If you want to send me your email address, I'll scan the letters for you and email everything I can to you.
