If you had $20,000 we would would like to hear how you would market an existing online business including various marketing touch points (Print, Internet, Radio, etc.).

a. What we do:
We are in the professional referrals business - we enable people to exchange job related and sales related introductions for a reward.

b. Customer Profile:
Our core customers are professionals - Sales Professionals, Recruiters, Freelancers, Consulting Companies and Job Seekers

c. Target Goals:

c1. Conversion:
10% registration conversation rate
4% entry point sales - $30

c2. Marketing points available:
1. Newsletter subscription
2. RSS

c3. Repeat visits
1. 10% repeat visits
2. 4% coverstion from the repeat visits

c4. Registration goal
Not sure but definitely above 5000

Timeframe: 3-4 months

    I'd start with a marketing analysis/strategy. Identify your specific target market, interview prospective members to find out more about their needs, and create a strategy that will attract them to you easily. I wouldn't focus on any specific tools (media, PPC, direct mail, radio, etc.) until after you clearly understand your target market (the right tools to use depend upon your exact prospect "mix").
