    Phil,

Yes , he must have at least 3 years related experience in a Mall / Retail environment.

So I can conclude that he must be expert in marketing, advertising, retail events & promotions , market research etc.

Is it considerable to have ex consultant in retail expertise to join the company.

And what would be the strength and weakness to have ex consulting experience guy or Mall / Retail Manager .

We provide $ 700 K / year for this position plus other benefits

Personally, I think you can make the job responsibilities whatever you desire. What do you need them to do. I would think there are things you need done. I wouldn't use a job description just because other's do. What does your company need.

In this day and age, people need to be mutli-talented.

    Thanks,
    Mike
