Best Crm Tools

I am looking for the best CRM tool that will provide contact management solutions, marketing automation, data mining, reporting and tracking and so fourth. If this solution can provide automatic email/responses the better. I am familiar with several on the market but want to know what is recommended based on personal experience.

    I’m familiar with about 29 CRM systems.

    What industry are you in?

    What do you want it to do, how many records, how many contacts, how many users, how many documents to be stored, ASP or on-site architecture preferred, what reporting, what sales forecasting, what data is to be mined, where will it come from and in what format etc, etc.

    That’s why we sit down with would be clients and ask them a couple of hours of questions!
