A "calzone Type" Promotional Food Idea

I've developed a promotional food idea product with a unique name. It's a take-off of a calzone.

I'd like to sell the idea to a major pizza chain or food company that specializes in frozen pizza.

How do I begin?

How can I contact the decision makers?

    Make sure you atleast try to patent your product - although this is especially hard with food - it would be important to research protecting your idea.
