On occasion, I felt that I had valuable information supporting activities and efforts that aided our nation's security:

On two occasions, I attempted to report security violation at the Atlanta, GA and Albany, NY airport , but I couldn't arouse interest.

In Atlanta, I reported that passengers who had not passed through security were intermingling with those who had. The Marshall's response was "They know it." When I boarded the plane, he again repeated his response so that his supervisor could hear.

In Albany, NY I reported that the lines into the metal detection station were situated where accompaning personnel could -and they did - pass items to others in line who had passed througth the first stage of security.

I also called the FBI in Washington, DC to report that an Iraqui student studying Nuclear Engineering at a Big Ten University had expressed very radical ideas against US foreign policy. This was prior to the war in his country. The agent said they didn't handle those sort of reports.

I am attempting to convince the Military Reserves that there exists a cadre of volunteers of inactive reservists who would be honored to serve watch on sensitive facilities in their neighborhoods and hometowns. How can I reach responsible parties to submit this idea, and resubmit those suggested earlier?
