Question About Sales Managment

Does anyone here know of a good place for managers of a sales team to discuss issues, this place is good but i'm sure there may be one that you guys know that is more geared toward managment rather than marketing I've gone on google but now found a decent one thought maybe you guys could help me out...

    It's in the UK but having managed teams in both countries, most of the content is applicable to managers from both areas.

    For the first time the ISMM and CIM the chartered institute of marketing have expressed surprise at the number MarketingProfs subscribers. It's good to see the establishment getting jealous over a newcomer. They have also acknowledged that our forum is certainly as good as their rivals, but both institutes rate their own offering above ours!
