Revamping Sales And Performance

Dear Colleague,
Help me to devise a strategy for a tyre company which has moved from 1st to 3rd position and wants to be no 1 again.
Activity has to be in segments
1. Inhouse employees to boost involvement and performance
2.Dealer level strategy/activity to increase sales
3.Activity for the masses in form of ATL/BTL activity

    Why is your company losing market share? That is the important question.

    Here are some possibilities:
    Your competitors have a higher qualitity product.
    Your competitors tyres are a better value.
    Your competitors have better customer service.
    Your competitors are more effective at advertising.

    Without knowing the answers to these questions it is hard to give you any great advice. If you know the answers to these questions figure out how to address each issue. Perhaps you need to survey customers or distributors to see why they choose your competitor.
