We are in the same spot: half-full building, great location, priced right, etc. We've tried everything over the last few years ... website, changing realtors, painting and landscaping, you name it. None of it has worked.

We finally went to the town assessor in the town and learned that the whole town is struggling, so our great location turns out to be not so great ... though I'm still not sure why.

And it's not price either. We are priced near the low end of the range for space in the town, but it doesn't help when nobody is looking for office space.

You can bet I'll be looking here for any ideas that show up. Meanwhile, if you are curious you can check out our website at www.bestctoffices.com . Comments and suggestions most welcome.

Why not offer a room in your building to the local Chamber members and local organizations to hold meetings in? Once they see how nice the space is, and that it's available for rent, you've created a more lasting image than a newspaper advertisement.
