Dance Club That Has To Have Food Sales
Wanting to put a dance club in an area that only allows for 2 bars with no food sales, which there is. As far as the liquor liscence food sales don't matter. Developer (ggp) set regulations. The space would be leased and the only space in the area isn't large enough for the club if it has a kitchen built out. Frankly even if it was big enough I wouldn't want food, have one restaurant which is plenty time consuming, don't want two!! Leasing agent said I have to do 50% food sales. Did also mention that a rum and coke could be 50% food because of the soda, but stated it must have food.
