Know-How Exchange : Strategy

I am working with a radio show that in less than 8 months has become very popular (Spanish). Number one on the charts for 6 month now. We have a talk show were people call with questions and we have a panel of knowledgeable people that answer this questions. At the moment we are selling space for advertisement and that is the way we support ourselves. We don’t have much experience. Never the less we want to go live over the internet and I found company that can place our show live 24-7. I would like to approach them with a type of deal in which we don’t have to pay for the setting and or monthly services. In exchange they can broadcast our show for free and utilize our contents to promote themselves. I believe we have a great show that can compete and get the right sponsors out of our local area. How can I be prepared in advance for this negotiation? How this type of exchange service contracts is structured? What terms & conditions should we be looking for in this contract?
