Need Lead Generation Ideas For Mortgage Company

I'm looking for some innovative ways to get some leads in for a mortgage company. I need something that is going to result in a direct/immediate response. Internet based lead generation ideas are preferable. My target market is homeowners aged 25-45 looking to refinance their mortgage. Thanks for your help.

    Accountants, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents all come to mind as people that would be connected to your target market and possibly know of people looking to do this.

    Thank you Mike. Our sales team already works closely with those referral sources and they are a strong source for business. We'd like to add some direct to consumer marketing to this strategy.

    County records show deeds and liens on the property. This could be a way to find mortgages of a certain age and therfore possibly needing to be refinanced. County records are free, but this could be a little tedious.

    Hello,

    You can rent a list by age, homeowners and by geo.

    Don't send what everybody else sends. The same old boring #10 with nothing on the out side.

    Hold a mortgage refinances seminar and explain how it down, costs etc. Most people are looking to save where ever they can but may be afraid of the process. Eliminate their fears in the seminar.

    Thanks Tom. I agree with you about avoidng the standard white envelope...we use postcards for our mailings. I've been thinking about geting away from some of the direct mail though and doing more e-marketing. Do you find direct mail to be more effective?
