Looking For Investors

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have been in the business of flipping houses for about 3 years now but only as a contractor. I am tired of making other people rich on my sweat and blood. I have the knowledge, understanding, and business plan I need to make the big money once started. I simply don't have the funds to get started. What do I need to do and who should I talk to in order to find a trustworthy investor??

You say you are tired of making people money on your sweat and blood.

Sorry, I'm not a potential investor. But if I were a potential investor, I would be looking for someone who wanted to make me rich, not someone who did not want to make me rich.

Next home, get a piece of the equity of the home you're building. Reduce your upfront fee to take profit upon sale. That reduces the cash flow needs of your fellow investors.
