    I do not think there is a limit, but this may depend on where it is formed. Check with the Secretary of State in the state you would like to form a company.

    I don't think there's any time limit, but I'm not an expert on this. You can ask your accountant or attorney, and they should have the answer ready immediately. Or, as suggested, check out the website for the Secretary of the State in the state where you live/work.

    This is MARKETINGprofs, not LEGALprofs. You've probably asked the question of the wrong people.

    As said above, it is something related to where the LLC is incorporated. You can operate it forever, though there may be annual fees and such related to maintaining the business.
