In our quarterly newsletter we have a colum for asking questions to a senior employee regarding his job,career,family,hobbies etc.can somebody come up with 10 questions.Tks

    Hi, Philip:

    Here is my list of questions:

    1. How long have you worked for ORGX and why did you choose a career with ORGX?

    2. In your position as POSITION, what are your job responsibilities?

    3. What are some of the greatest challenges you face in this position and how do you overcome them?

    4. What do you feel passionate about whether in your career here at ORGX or outside of the workplace?

    5. What contributions have you made in keeping ORGX the success it is today?

    6. Where would you like to see ORGX in the next five years and what do you see in ORGX’s future?

    7. What do you consider your greatest career and life accomplishments?

    8. Can you tell us about your family and some of the methods you use to balance work and family?

    9. We all need downtime and time to relax. What do you do to relax? What hobbies do you enjoy?

    10. If you were given one year to do anything you have always wanted to do, accomplish anything you want to accomplish, no obstacles, what would that be?

    where did you work in college

    These kind of things help ee's relate to the senior exec
