Ideas To Gain Biz W/o Cutting Product Cost.

Have a meeting in just a couple hours in which we're trying to brainstorm ways to bring in more business w/out reducing yield - any quick thoughts? Thanks!

    You can grow biz two ways, vertically or horizontally. Horizontally is get more clients. Vertically is getting more business from existing clients. Vertically is much easier and cost effective. Those clients already know you and like you. So are you getting all the dollars you can from them?

    Dropping prices does not by itself create sales. It can in some cases create urgency. But there are so many other ways to create additional sales.

    Is your biz B2B or B2C? Are you sure your sales people are out selling or just taking orders? What is your distribution method?

    @CarolBlaha we're B2C, our sales people are mostly receptive. We are a ski resort and get a lot of our biz from walk up sales.
